Our Church will hold jointly a workshop with the Chinese Christian Herald Crusade on Saturday, 5/4, at 2:30PM in the sanctuary. The seminar is “How to prevent your children from being a Drug Addict”. This is an one of the outreaching program of the Church. Please spread the news and invite your Chinese speaking friends to come.
We are going to work with Self-help for the Elderly to host the Seismic Safety Outreach Program on 5/5, 5/19 and 6/2 from 2:00-3:30PM. Those who can finish the whole course will receive a certificate and a earthquake survival kit as gift.
Pastor Kan will attend the Bay District meeting on Monday, 4/8, at 2:00 pm at Temple United Methodist Church in San Francisco. He will meet with the Bishop and her Cabinets on Thursday, 4/11, at 11:00 am in Sacramento Conference Center together with other Chinese pastors. Please pray.
We would like to thank Mr. Sau-Wing Lam for coming today, 3/10. to share with us about the gospel of Jesus Christ. May the Lord bless him and his family. After his early retirement from the banking industry at the age of 45, Mr. Sau-Wing Lam devoted his time to help the Chinese immigrants in the financial management through the radio and TV broadcast. He also involves in preaching the gospel wherever he was available.
