We’ll have our All-Church Luncheon today, Aug 19th, shortly after the Chinese-Speaking Worship Service at approx. 12:45 pm. Please stay for the simple lunch prepared for all and enjoy the fellowship with your church family.
Co-sponsored by Walgreen & Chinese U.M.C will hold the Flu Shot Clinic on 9/9 and 10/14 between 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the Social Hall. Please bring your picture ID. If you have any questions, you may ask the pharmacist on duty.
The Chinese group will be going to join the Street Meal Program sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley (2407 Dana St, Berkeley, CA 94704) on Saturday, 8/25, from 3:00-6:30 pm. We need at least 12 people. Please sign up with Ms. Christie Ng if you want to share the love of the Risen Lord to the homeless.
The 150 Anniversary Celebration will be on Saturday, 10/6, from 2:00—4:00 pm at our church. The Celebration dinner will be followed at 5:30 pm at Zen Peninsula restaurant. Please save your date and time.
We are going to publish an Anniversary magazine as a gift to all the friends and members of the church. You are welcome to:
Contribute the sharing of your church life within 50 words;
Support the cost of printing this magazine by a small advertisement of greeting;
Sharing the joy of your church activities, church group with pictures, recent or past, if possible with a short description.
